Awesome Stay with Free Parking!
We enjoyed our 5 nights here! The staff was super friendly, always ready to help us with any request. The breakfast was great, lots of tasty options. Loved the free parking too! Only issue was the bathroom could use a little updating. Overall, a comfy room and a nice vibe!

Would be happy to recommend for a lightning stop
Clean room, comfortable bed, with strong wi-fi and ample free parking make this hotel a great choice for a short stay, especially since they also offered a breakfast box when we had an early flight.

I found this hotel to be a great home base for exploring Ponta Delgada. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center, which made it easy to get out and enjoy local attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with really nice, firm mattresses that provided a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the provided toiletries were high quality. Breakfast featured local dishes that I loved, especially the fresh pastries from the bakery next door that opened early. However, the coffee station was frustrating. With only one machine, there was often a long line, and it seemed to be quite slow. The breakfast selection could have been expanded for more variety each day. Free parking was a bonus, although the overflow lot was dark and muddy, which made me uneasy about the safety of my rental car. Despite a few issues, I’d still recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

Breakfast was quite the delight with local eats, and the fresh pastry from the nearby bakery? Absolute perfection! Also, a big shoutout to the super comfy rooms that make you feel right at home, along with a handy location perfect for exploring the island vibe.
The breakfast chaos was a real bummer. cold scrambled eggs, no bacon when we needed it, and coffee station struggles made mornings a bit of a mess. With everything else shining, it felt like such a shame to start the day on a low note.
